Formed in the summer of 2006, Red Fox Grey Fox has burrowed deep and carved a clear path through the Twin Cities music scene. After spending much of the second half of last year playing as many shows as possible in and around the Twin Cities, gaining a respective following, recording two EPs and adding a fourth member, the band set-out to compose and complete their long awaited debut full-length.

From The Land Of Bears, Ice and Rock captures a professional, yet evolving sound through its intricate layered melodies of guitars, keys and bells and its sturdy drum and bass rhythms. From the delicacies of its subtler moments to its onslaughts of tangled guitars and raring vocals, the album encases a true and honest sound that's been compared to the likes of bands such as Death Cab For Cutie, Sunny Day Real Estate and even Sigur Ros. Miller's voice screeches beautify through flowing verses and chorus lines; it contains a unique haunting-like quality that attracts listeners from the start and keeps them interested throughout, acting as the song's main source of melody.

Red Fox Grey Fox plans to tour regionally in support of the full-length and aspires to start work on a follow up within the next year, all the while continuing to play and perform for as long as possible.
